Funeral home offers drunk drivers free funeral.  (Yup, there's a catch.  Folks have to sign a contract promising to drive under the influence of either drugs or drink on New Years Eve.  Trouble is they usually take folks with them when they go.  Maybe the police could throw in a free hanging if they survive, just sayin'.)
