In an effort to slow down speeders, cash strapped Cezh towns have put up life sized cut out photographs of police officers. Well life sized female police officer photographs were placed beside roads. Oh yeah, towns put out life sized photographs of female police officers wearing mini-skirts beside the road. (If we tried that in the DFW area, all we would have is wrecks and domestic arguements. Wait, yup those would slow folks down.)
