   Police Constable Simon Folwell helped his kids dumped out their Halloween candy only to find 8 bags of cocaine!!!   Meanwhile, Donald Green who had given what he thought was candy to the three kids reached in his pocket for his coke and found the bag of candy.  Tweeeeet outta the gene pool, report to sterilization!!!
