Police were investigating an attempt to steal copper wire from a truck. The thief was unsuccessful and left his severed finger in the roll of wire. Police matched the finger print to one Josh Goverman. The 29 year old claimed he had severed his finger while working on a car and had no idea how it came to be caught up in the copper wire. Goverman has been booked on suspicion of theft and being a dumb ass!!!
