The Moslem state of Qatar and Moscow are in deep trade negotiations. Russia has agreed to butcher reindeer in accordance with Moslem dietary law. (Ok, how much demand is there for reindeer meat in the desert state of Qatar? How did they even find out about reindeer, contraband "Night Before Christmas" poems? So many questions.)
