A Canadian, Mr. Brown arrives at the airport in Mogadishu, Somolia. Customs official ask Mr. Brown his business in Somolia. Mr. Brown declares he is a tourist. Officials didn't belive him believing Mr. Brown was either crazy or a spy. (So much for Somolia's infant tourist industry.)
