Police arrest suspect. Police handcuff prisoner with his hands behind his back. Police place prisoner in back seat of patrol car. Prisoner drives off in patrol car. Prisoner "ditches" patrol car 20 min. later and escapes. (Sometimes it doesn't pay to even get out of bed.)
