Homeowner, tired of break ins, changes locks. The new locks require a key to get in and out. Man breaks into house through a broken window. Spends three days inside drinking whiskey and gin. Becomes too drunk to climb out window. Calls 911 because he wanted to get out "before the owner came home." (Tweeeeeeettttttt!!!!)
